    Past service payments

    Retirement & Social Security (RSS) CHAPTER 51-A, ARTICLE 14-B

    § 560. Past service payments. Any past service payments required by a
    county that adopts the provisions of this article may be paid over a
    period of five or ten years determined by the county.
