AN ACT in relation to rule making and adjudication by state
administrative agencies, constituting chapter eighty-two of the
consolidated laws and amending the executive law, in relation to the
state bulletin
Became a law June 3, 1975, with the approval of the Governor. Passed
by a majority vote, three-fifths being present
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and
Assembly, do enact as follows:
Section 1. A state administrative procedure act is hereby enacted, to
read as follows:

STATE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT
Article 1. General Provisions. (§§ 100-104)
2. Rule making. (§§ 201-207)
3. Adjudicatory proceedings. (§§ 301-308)
4. Licenses. (§§ 401-402)
5. Representation. (§ 501)
