    SECTION 167

    State lands

    Second Class Cities (SCC) CHAPTER 53, ARTICLE 10

    § 167. State lands. Nothing herein contained shall affect any
    assessment upon lands owned by the state nor be deemed to repeal or
    modify any of the provisions of section twenty-one of the public lands
    law.
