Trial by jury
Second Class Cities (SCC) CHAPTER 53, ARTICLE 12
§ 188. Trial by jury. In the police court, at the time of interposing
any plea which forms an issue of fact, the defendant may demand a trial
by jury, and unless so demanded then a trial by jury is waived.
