§ 1104. Oath and bond
Each person appointed to the office of public administrator or deputy
public administrator in any of the counties within the city of New York
before entering upon the duties of his office shall take and file the
constitutional oath of office and execute a bond in the sum of $50,000
to the city of New York with such sureties as shall be approved by the
judge or judges of the court of the county conditioned for the faithful
discharge of all duties enjoined on him by law.
