§ 1122. Delivery of estate assets to fiduciary; expenses, costs and

commissions

When the public administrator has been superseded he shall account and
deliver to the fiduciary superseding him all the personal property
belonging to the estate which he has in his possession or control after
deducting his expenses, costs and commissions as provided by law.
