    § 1201. Definitions

    Whenever used in this article the term public administrator, unless
    otherwise required by the context or unless a contrary intent is
    expressly declared, shall mean the public administrators of the counties
    of Erie, Monroe, Nassau, Onondaga, Suffolk and Westchester.
