§ 2305. Fees of appraisers
An appraiser is entitled in addition to his actual expenses, to a sum
to be fixed by the court for his services in making the appraisal. He
shall file with the court an affidavit showing the nature and extent of
his services, and expenses if any, and the sums payable therefor shall
be taxed by the court and paid by the fiduciary.
