Time of taking effect; reservation of power to amend
Statute of Local Governments (SLG) CHAPTER 58-A, ARTICLE 3
§ 21. Time of taking effect; reservation of power to amend. 1. This
statute shall take effect July first, nineteen hundred sixty-five.
2. This statute is hereby enacted subject to the reservation that it
or any part thereof shall be subject to amendment or revision prior to
its effective date notwithstanding the fact that such amendment or
revision repeals, diminishes, impairs or suspends a power granted herein
to one or more local governments.
