    SECTION 11

    Commissioner of social services

    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 2

    § 11. Commissioner of social services. The chief executive and
    administrative officer of the department shall be the commissioner of
    social services, who shall be appointed by the governor with the advice
    and consent of the senate.
