SECTION 170
Character
Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 4
§ 170. Character. Except as hereinafter otherwise prescribed, veteran
assistance shall be granted in cash provided, however, that in an
individual case where the granting of cash may be deemed impracticable,
veteran assistance may be granted in whole or in part by order.
