    Maintenance of records

    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 6, TITLE 1-A

    § 394-g. Maintenance of records. Each business entity participating in
    the program shall keep all relevant records for the duration of their
    participation in the program for at least three years.
