State Finance (STF) CHAPTER 56, ARTICLE 6
* § 97-www. Percy T. Phillips educational foundation of the Dental
Society of the state of New York fund. 1. There is hereby established in
the joint custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner of
taxation and finance a fund to be known as the "Percy T. Phillips
Educational Foundation of The Dental Society of the State of New York
Fund".

2. Such fund shall consist of all moneys collected pursuant to section
four hundred four-r of the vehicle and traffic law, and all other moneys
credited or transferred thereto from any other fund or source pursuant
to law, provided that section four hundred four-r of the vehicle and
traffic law shall control the method of payment for the costs of
producing the distinctive license plates authorized pursuant to such
section of law.

3. Moneys of the fund shall be expended for the benefit of the dental
education and public access programs of the Percy T. Phillips
educational foundation of the Dental Society of the state of New York.
Moneys shall be paid out of the fund on the audit and warrant of the
state comptroller on vouchers approved by the chairman of the board of
trustees of the Percy T. Phillips educational foundation of the Dental
Society of the state of New York or by the treasurer or the executive
director of the Percy T. Phillips educational foundation of the Dental
Society of the state of New York. Any interest received by the
comptroller on moneys on deposit in the Percy T. Phillips educational
foundation of the Dental Society of the state of New York fund shall be
retained in and become part of such fund. No money from such fund may be
withdrawn, transferred, or used by any person for any purpose other than
as permitted in this section.
