STATE LAW
Laws 1909, Chap. 59.
AN ACT in relation to the sovereignty, boundaries, survey, great seal
and arms of the state, congressional districts, senate districts, and
apportionment of the members of assembly of this state, and
enumeration of the inhabitants of the state, constituting chapter
fifty-seven of the consolidated laws.
Became a law February 17, 1909, with the approval of the Governor.
Passed, three-fifths being present.
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and
Assembly, do enact as follows:
