Tax (TAX) CHAPTER 60, ARTICLE 37, PART 4
§ 1829. Violation of article twenty-A. Any wholesale dealer or retail
dealer who violates any of the provisions of article twenty-A of this
chapter may be prosecuted and upon conviction shall be guilty of a class
B misdemeanor.
