Transportation Corporations (TCP) CHAPTER 63, ARTICLE 8
§ 103. Supervision. Every such corporation shall be subject to
supervision, control and regulation by the commissioner of
transportation to the same extent as railroads and street railroads so
far as the provisions of the transportation law are applicable.
