    Expenditure of moneys

    Transportation (TRA) CHAPTER 61-A, ARTICLE 17

    § 420. Expenditure of moneys. The moneys received by the state from
    the sale of bonds and/or notes pursuant to the Rebuild New York Through
    Transportation Infrastructure Renewal Bond Act of 1983 shall be expended
    pursuant to annual appropriations for transportation infrastructure
    renewal projects as defined in this article.
