Inconsistent Laws; Which Law Governs
Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) CHAPTER 38, ARTICLE 13
Section 13--103. Inconsistent Laws; Which Law Governs.
If any other provision of law is inconsistent with this Act, this Act
shall govern unless this Act or such inconsistent provision of law
specifically provides otherwise.
