CHAPTER 497

AN ACT to provide a uniform jurisdiction, practice and procedure for
courts in and for cities other than the city of New York and to
implement the integration of such courts into the unified court system
for the state as contemplated by section one and subdivision b of
section seventeen of article six of the constitution of the state of New
York, approved by the people on the seventh day of November, nineteen
hundred sixty-one

Became a law April 10, 1964, with the approval of the Governor.

Passed, by a majority vote, three-fifths being present

The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and
Assembly, do enact as follows:
