Non-judicial personnel; their powers and duties

§ 109. Non-judicial personnel; their powers and duties.
Each court shall have such non-judicial personnel as may be provided
by the municipal board. Their powers and duties in addition to those
provided by this act, shall be as provided in the rules. All
non-judicial personnel of the court shall have the power to administer
oaths, take acknowledgments and sign the process or mandate of the
court, if so authorized by law, rule or appellate division order.
