Costs allowed by court
Uniform Justice Court Act (UJC) CHAPTER 898, ARTICLE 19
§ 1906. Costs allowed by court.
The court may in its discretion impose costs not exceeding five
dollars in the following cases:
(a) Upon granting or denying a motion.
(b) Upon allowing an amendment of a pleading.
(c) Upon adjournment of a trial.
