    SECTION 2229

    Snowmobile, not a motor vehicle

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 11, ARTICLE 47

    § 2229. Snowmobile, not a motor vehicle. Notwithstanding its limited
    use on highways, a snowmobile shall not be determined a motor vehicle
    within the meaning of section one hundred twenty-five of this chapter or
    any other successor statutes.
