Past application of article
Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 3, ARTICLE 7
§ 366. Past application of article. This article, except section three
hundred thirty-nine thereof, shall not apply to any judgment in a civil
action or cause of action arising out of an accident occurring prior to
the effective date of this article.
