Notification of non-resident commercial operator convictions

§ 514-c. Notification of non-resident commercial operator convictions.
Within ten days of the conviction of: (a) any holder of a commercial
learner's permit or a commercial driver's license issued by another
state for any violation of state or local law regulating traffic, other
than a parking, stopping or standing violation, committed while
operating a motor vehicle in this state; or
(b) any holder of a driver's license issued by another state for any
violation of state or local law regulating traffic, other than a
parking, stopping or standing violation, committed while operating a
commercial motor vehicle in this state, the commissioner shall provide
notice of such conviction to the state which issued such holder's
commercial learner's permit, commercial driver's license or driver's
license.

commercial motor vehicle in this state, the commissioner shall provide
notice of such conviction to the state which issued such holder's
commercial learner's permit, commercial driver's license or driver's
license.
