    SECTION 17-1724

    Taxation and assessment

    Village (VIL) CHAPTER 64, ARTICLE 17

    § 17-1724 Taxation and assessment. In every such village all property
    shall be assessed for taxation for state, county, town, village and
    district purposes, in the manner provided by the laws applicable to the
    county in which such village may be situated.
