LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Albert Wei upon the occasion of his
designation as recipient of the Top Ten Asian American Business Award by
the U. S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize the
achievements of those individuals and businesses which substantially
contribute to the economic vitality of their communities and the entire
Empire State; and
WHEREAS, Albert Wei has given not only of his time and energies but
also of his competence, intelligence and leadership and consequently has
been designated for special honor; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Albert Wei upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of the Top
Ten Asian American Business Award by the U. S. Pan Asian American Cham-
ber of Commerce; and
WHEREAS, Albert Wei received this illustrious award in recognition of
his company's exceptional revenue growth and superior services within
the international, freight and logistics community; and
WHEREAS, This remarkable businessman serves as President and co-Found-
er of Vizion Logistics, a global provider of customized logistics
solutions with five locations worldwide, including an office in
Lynbrook, New York; and
WHEREAS, Since 2010, Vizion Logistics has assisted U.S. based oper-
ations to export to countries including China, Macau, Japan, and South
Korea; and
WHEREAS, Albert Wei has distinguished himself in his career and commu-
nity involvement, and the community has profited greatly from his dedi-
cation and service; and
WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by an individ-
ual for the benefit of others which Albert Wei has displayed throughout
his life; and
WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body acknowl-
edges this exceptional businessman and his contributions to the local
and State economies, fully confident that Albert Wei will continue to
enjoy the sparkling successes he has experienced thus far; now, there-
fore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Albert Wei upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of
the Top Ten Asian American Business Award by the U. S. Pan Asian Ameri-
can Chamber of Commerce; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Albert Wei.
