LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Ed Neumann upon the occasion of his
designation for special recognition by the 2014 SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT
Men at Work Edition

WHEREAS, Individuals who give of their time and energies and serve the
best interests of their communities are an asset beyond remuneration and
cannot be sufficiently extolled; and
WHEREAS, Ed Neumann has given not only of his time and energies but
also of his competence, intelligence and leadership and consequently has
been designated for special honor; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to commend Ed Neumann
upon the occasion of his designation for special recognition by the 2014
SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT Men at Work Edition; and
WHEREAS, Ed Neumann is a credit analyst with Jeff Bank, where he
analyzes customers' tax returns and financial statements to assess their
eligibility for commercial loans; and
WHEREAS, For more than two years, Ed Neumann has contributed to the
economic vitality of his community, facilitating individuals' access to
the resources they need to develop local businesses and fulfill their
own human potential; and
WHEREAS, Ed Neumann, a resident of Jeffersonville, New York, earned a
bachelor's degree in finance and accounting; and
WHEREAS, Committed to his community, Ed Neumann generously donates his
time as volunteer; he serves as Treasurer of Kenoza Lake Fire Depart-
ment, and Secretary of Kenoza Lake Fire District; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of his professional and communi-
ty service, a period of constructive involvement, Ed Neumann has stood
constant in dignity, good grace and humor; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have shown a long and
sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in their
profession, certainly have earned the recognition and applause of all
the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Ed Neumann upon the occasion of his designation for special
recognition by the 2014 SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT Men at Work Edition;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Ed Neumann.
