LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Brandon Wagner upon the occasion of his
selection as a Young Professional Up and Comer in the Business Community
by the SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and pay
tribute to those young adults within the great Empire State who have
made strong contributions to their communities and who serve as role
models for their peers; and
WHEREAS, Brandon Wagner has given not only of his time and energies
but also of his competence, intelligence and leadership and consequently
has been designated for special recognition; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Brandon Wagner upon the occasion of his selection as a Young Profes-
sional Up and Comer in the Business Community by the SULLIVAN COUNTY
DEMOCRAT; and
WHEREAS, Brandon Wagner, Young Boss and Laborer of Wagner Masonry, was
selected for this esteemed recognition for being hardworking, ambitious,
and creative; and
WHEREAS, Wagner Masonry in Narrowsburg, New York, was started by Bran-
don Wagner's father in 1987; he relishes being part of a tradition, and
is now in the process of taking over the running of the company; and
WHEREAS, Among his many duties and responsibilities, Brandon Wagner
builds the business physically and mentally by figuring estimates and
layouts, as well as working as a laborer; and
WHEREAS, Starting as a laborer and proudly working his way up, Brandon
Wagner still loves to create things with his hands; his other concrete
projects include: structural concrete, footings, walls, retaining walls,
floors, sidewalks, and patios; their clients include Granite Associates,
Monticello Motor Club, Villa Roma, and Frost Valley YMCA, to name a few;
and
WHEREAS, With him throughout have been his encouraging and inspiring
parents, Cindy and Chris Wagner, who feel privileged to be a part of his
life and rejoice in his achievements; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the well-being and vitality of their community and have shown a
long and sustained commitment to excellence certainly have earned the
recognition and applause of all the citizens of this great Empire State;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Brandon Wagner upon the occasion of his selection as a Young
Professional Up and Comer in the Business Community by the SULLIVAN
COUNTY DEMOCRAT; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Brandon Wagner.
