ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION amending rule V of the Assembly rules, in relation
to the limiting the number of terms of the minority leader of the assem-
bly or the majority leader of the assembly

RESOLVED, That Rule V of the Assembly rules is amended by adding a new
section 12 to read as follows:
ยบ 12. NO MEMBER OF THE LEGISLATURE MAY BE ELECTED TO SERVE MORE THAN
FOUR CONSECUTIVE TWO YEAR TERMS AS THE MINORITY LEADER OF THE ASSEMBLY
OR THE MAJORITY LEADER OF THE ASSEMBLY.
