LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commemorating the 20th Anniversary of Caffe Aroma
in Buffalo, New York, on May 15, 2015
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to take note of and
publicly recognize those businesses within the State of New York which
have positively impacted their communities; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commem-
orate the 20th Anniversary of Caffe Aroma in Buffalo, New York, to be
celebrated with a party, on Friday, May 15, 2015; and
WHEREAS, The Aroma Group of Companies, of Buffalo, New York, opened
Caffe Aroma on Elmwood Street in 1995; and
WHEREAS, Caffe Aroma is Buffalo's longest running locally owned coffee
shop; the staff proudly serve great coffee and espresso, beer, liquor
and wine, fine Italian panini and other lite fare; and
WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize those
small businesses within the State of New York which contribute to the
economic health and vitality of the communities they serve; and
WHEREAS, Above all, Caffe Aroma has enhanced the community's sense of
humanity by providing an open environment for patrons to express them-
selves creatively and to collectively assemble to share their thoughts,
ideas and life experiences; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commemorate the 20th Anniversary of Caffe Aroma, for providing 20 years
of cultural and artistic enrichment to the community of Buffalo, New
York; and be it further
RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution, suitably engrossed be trans-
mitted to Caffe Aroma.
