LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Regina Coulter upon the occasion of her
designation as recipient of a Young Professionals Award by the SULLIVAN
COUNTY DEMOCRAT
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and pay
tribute to those young adults within the great Empire State who have
made strong contributions to their communities and who serve as role
models for their peers; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Regina Coulter upon the occasion of her designation as recipient of a
Young Professionals Award by the SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT; and
WHEREAS, Regina Coulter, Personal Lines Account Manager for Mike Preis
Insurance, was selected for this esteemed recognition for being hard-
working, ambitious, and creative; and
WHEREAS, Raised in Hankins, New York, Regina Coulter graduated from
Delaware Valley Central School, Callicoon, New York, in 2002; and
WHEREAS, Following graduation, Regina Coulter served her country with
honor and distinction as a member of the United States Army; she was
stationed in Kuwait during the Iraq conflict, serving as a Patriot
Missile Specialist; and
WHEREAS, After completing her military service in August of 2005,
Regina Coulter returned home to Sullivan County to work as an assistant
to an oral surgeon in Monticello, New York; and
WHEREAS, In 2010, Regina Coulter began her illustrious career with
Mike Preis Insurance Company located in Jeffersonville, New York;
currently, she holds the esteemed position of a Personal Lines Account
Manager, handling lines of insurance such as home, auto, boat, ATV,
condo, and many others; and
WHEREAS, Expertly in tune to her customers' needs, Regina Coulter
thoroughly enjoys the interaction with her many clients, and relishes in
speaking to them about what Mike Preis Insurance has to offer; and
WHEREAS, Throughout her tenure at Mike Preis Insurance, Regina Coulter
has remained focused on her growth and plans to continue to expand her
level of knowledge and expertise by taking professional classes in her
insurance field; and
WHEREAS, Active in her community as well as her profession, Regina
Coulter is a member of the American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign
Wars, and volunteers her time and energies to Jeffersonville Fire
Department functions; and
WHEREAS, Outside of work, Regina Coulter enjoys hiking and movies, and
spending quality time with her two nieces, Colleen and Kerry; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the well-being and vitality of their community and have shown a
long and sustained commitment to excellence certainly have earned the
recognition and applause of all the citizens of this great Empire State;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Regina Coulter upon the occasion of her designation as recipient
of a Young Professionals Award by the SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT; and be
it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Regina Coulter.
