LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending SERVPRO upon the occasion of being
named the best restoration services company for the 13th consecutive
time by ENTREPRENEUR Magazine
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize the
achievements of those businesses which substantially contribute to the
economic vitality of their communities and the entire Empire State; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commend
SERVPRO upon the occasion of being named the best restoration services
company for the 13th consecutive time by ENTREPRENEUR Magazine; and
WHEREAS, In addition, SERVPRO has moved up to the No. 4 position in
the 2016 Franchise 500 rankings from ENTREPRENEUR Magazine; for seven
years, this dynamic company has been included in the Magazine's Top 10
List, continually standing out in a group of more than 951 franchises
which have qualified for inclusion on the list; and
WHEREAS, ENTREPRENEUR Magazine judges all companies by the same crite-
ria, objective and quantifiable measures of a franchise operation; the
most important factors include financial strength and stability, growth
rate and size of the organization; and
WHEREAS, The Magazine also considers the number of years a company has
been in business and the length of time it has been franchising, startup
costs, litigation, percentage of terminations and whether the business
provides financing; and
WHEREAS, SERVPRO strives to always deliver superior support to its
franchisees, and in turn its customers; one of its franchises, SERVPRO
of Buffalo/Tonawanda, New York, provides 24-hour emergency service to
the communities of Buffalo, Tonawanda, Grand Island, and Kenmore, as
well as Niagara Falls, New York; and
WHEREAS, Under the luminous leadership of owner Patricia Sullivan,
SERVPRO of Buffalo/Tonawanda is also dedicated to being faster to any
size disaster by employing highly trained technicians who can immediate-
ly respond to any residential or commercial emergency; and
WHEREAS, The steadfast and highly skilled technicians at SERVPRO of
Buffalo/Tonawanda are committed to excellence and pride themselves on
properly cleaning and restoring a customer's house so that it feels like
home again; and
WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body acknowl-
edges this exceptional business and its contributions to the local and
State economies, fully confident that it will continue to enjoy the
sparkling successes it has experienced thus far; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend SERVPRO upon the occasion of being named the best restoration
services company for the 13th consecutive time by ENTREPRENEUR Magazine;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Patricia Sullivan, Owner, SERVPRO of Buffalo/Tonawanda.
