LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Salvatore Emilio Strazzullo, Esq. upon
the occasion of his designation for special recognition by the Associa-
zione Culturale Pugliese Figli Maria S.S. Addolorata on June 18, 2016

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize that the
quality and character of life in the communities across New York State
are reflective of the concerned and dedicated efforts of those individ-
uals who devote themselves to the welfare of the community and its citi-
zenry; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commend
Salvatore Emilio Strazzullo, Esq. upon the occasion of his designation
for special recognition by the Associazione Culturale Pugliese Figli
Maria S.S. Addolorata, celebrated at its 9th Annual Gala on Saturday,
June 18, 2016, at Gargiulo's Restaurant, Brooklyn, New York; and
WHEREAS, A man of singular distinction, Salvatore "Sal" E. Strazzullo
has continually demonstrated extreme competence, extraordinary intelli-
gence, and diligent leadership in his unwavering service to his communi-
ty and profession and consequently has been selected for this most pres-
tigious honor; and
WHEREAS, A first generation Italian American, Sal E. Strazzullo was
born to Nancy and Emilio Strazzullo, who instilled in him a passion for
education, the value of hard work, and a love for family; he attended
both John Jay College and New York Law School; and
WHEREAS, Today, Sal E. Strazzullo is a lawyer and founder of Strazzul-
lo Law Firm, a boutique general practice firm with offices throughout
New York City, as well as in Italy; the Firm is locally, nationally and
internationally known for its work in criminal, civil, real estate,
estate planning, asset protection and divorce cases; and
WHEREAS, Known throughout the world as a power attorney, Sal E.
Strazzullo is committed to his clients and cases; well-respected and
admired by many, he serves as a legal on-air commentator for "Fox News,"
"E Entertainment" and the "Insider," among others; and
WHEREAS, Despite his busy professional life, Salvatore Strazzullo has
been called upon to contribute his time and talents to countless civic
and charitable endeavors and has always given of himself unstintingly;
and
WHEREAS, A true humanitarian, Sal E. Strazzullo is an active supporter
of many worthy charities such as Futures in Education, Solving Kids
Cancer, and the Ben Bay Kiwanis; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of his community service, a
period of constructive involvement, Sal E. Strazzullo has stood constant
in dignity, good grace and humor; and
WHEREAS, With him throughout have been his wife, Alison, and his
daughter, Michele Lucia, both of whom feel privileged to be a part of
his life and rejoice in his achievements; and
WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by an individ-
ual for the benefit of others which Sal E. Strazzullo has displayed
throughout his life; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have shown a long and
sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in their
profession, certainly have earned the recognition and applause of all
the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Salvatore Emilio Strazzullo upon the occasion of his designation

for special recognition by the Associazione Culturale Pugliese Figli
Maria S.S. Addolorata on June 18, 2016; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Salvatore Emilio Strazzullo.
