LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Dr. Jamie Marie Noeth upon the occa-
sion of her designation for special recognition by the 2014 SULLIVAN
COUNTY DEMOCRAT honoring Professional Women and Women in Business
WHEREAS, Individuals who give of their time and energies and serve the
best interests of their communities are an asset beyond remuneration and
cannot be sufficiently extolled; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Jamie Marie Noeth has given not only of her time and
energies but also of her competence, intelligence and leadership and
consequently has been designated for special honor; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to commend Dr. Jamie
Marie Noeth upon the occasion of her designation for special recognition
by the 2014 SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT honoring Professional Women and
Women in Business; and
WHEREAS, A graduate of Monticello High School in 1984, Jamie Marie
Noeth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Adelphi
University in 1988, and a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic from Life
University in 1992; and
WHEREAS, For 22 years, Dr. Jamie Marie Noeth has been the
Owner/Director of Body, Mind & Spirit Wellness Center; and
WHEREAS, The most rewarding aspect of Dr. Jamie Marie Noeth's job is
helping patients when they present her with interesting and complex
health difficulties; this compassionate woman lives by the words "Enter
as strangers, leave as friends"; and
WHEREAS, Active in her community, Dr. Jamie Marie Noeth is affiliated
with the Professional Woman of Sullivan County organization; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of her community service, a
period of constructive involvement, Dr. Jamie Marie Noeth has stood
constant in dignity, good grace and humor; and
WHEREAS, When she is not taking care of her patients, Dr. Jamie Marie
Noeth enjoys cooking, boating, and spending time with her family; and
WHEREAS, With her throughout have been her three children, Katyna,
Alexander, and Jack, all of whom feel privileged to be a part of her
life and rejoice in her achievements; and
WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by an individ-
ual for the benefit of others which Dr. Jamie Marie Noeth has displayed
throughout her life; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have shown a long and
sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in their
profession, certainly have earned the recognition and applause of all
the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Dr. Jamie Marie Noeth upon the occasion of her designation for
special recognition by the 2014 SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT honoring
Professional Women and Women in Business; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Dr. Jamie Marie Noeth.
