SENATE RESOLUTION establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees for certain appropriations for the 2015-2016 state fiscal year,
as required by subdivision 5 of section 24 of the state finance law

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by subdivision 5 of
section 24 of the state finance law, moneys appropriated in section 1
of chapter 53 of the laws of 2015 which enacts the Aid To Localities
budget under the Administration Program for the Department of Environ-
mental Conservation from the Local Assistance Account, for the Cats-
kill Master Plan Stewardship and Planning shall be apportioned pursu-
ant to subdivision 5 of section 24 of the state finance law, in
accordance with the following schedule:

Catskill Watershed Corporation for Catskill Master Plan
Stewardship and Planning ......................... 500,000

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by subdivision 5 of
section 24 of the state finance law, moneys appropriated in section 1
of chapter 54 of the laws of 2015 which enacts the Capital Projects
budget under the Environment and Recreation (CCP) for the Department
of Environmental Conservation from the Environmental Protection
Fund/Environment and Recreation Purpose, for local waterfront revital-
ization programs shall be apportioned pursuant to subdivision 5 of
section 24 of the state finance law, in accordance with the following
schedule:

The Nature Conservancy for the Flood Smart Communities
Program .......................................... 250,000

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by moneys appropriated in
subdivision 5 of section 24 of the state finance law, moneys appropri-
ated in section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2015 which enacts the
Aid to Localities budget, local assistance account, for services and
expenses of invasive species and dredging projects. Such funds shall
be apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees with the amount to be received by each, or the methodology
for allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the
approval of the temporary president of the senate and the director of
the budget and thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling
for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution must be approved
by a majority vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll
call vote, in accordance with the following schedule:

Chautauqua Lake Association invasive species projects100,000
Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority dredging project200,000
Long Island Central Pine Barrens Commission for combating
the Southern Pine Beetle .......................... 50,000
Oswego Soil and Water Conservation District for Oswego River
invasive control projects ......................... 50,000

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by subdivision 5 of
section 24 of the state finance law, moneys appropriated in section 1
of chapter 53 of the laws of 2014 which enacts the Aid to Localities
budget, Local Assistance account, for services and expenses of inva-
sive species and dredging projects shall be apportioned pursuant to
subdivision 5 of section 24 of the state finance law, in accordance
with the following schedule:

Oswego Soil and Water Conservation District for
Oswego River invasive control projects
