SENATE RESOLUTION establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees for certain appropriations for the 2015-2016 state fiscal year

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by the Center for Commu-
nity Health Program moneys appropriated in section 1 of chapter 53 of
the laws of 2015 which enacts the aid to localities, local assistance
account, recommendations of the senate taskforce on Lyme and tick
borne diseases. Such funds shall be apportioned pursuant to a plan
setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the amount to be
received by each, or the methodology for allocating such appropri-
ation. Such plan shall be subject to the approval of the temporary
president of the senate and the director of the budget and thereafter
shall be included in a resolution calling for the expenditure of such
monies, which resolution much be approved by a majority vote of all
members elected to the senate upon a roll call vote, in accordance
with the following schedule:

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by the Center for Commu-

account, related to women's health services. Such funds shall be
apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of gran-
tees with the amount to be received by each, or the methodology for
allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the
approval of the temporary president of the senate and the director of
the budget and thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling
for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution must be approved
by a majority vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll
