Assembly Resolution No. 1424

ESTABLISHING a plan setting forth an itemized list
of grantees for certain appropriations for
additional grants-in-aid to certain school
districts, public libraries, and not-for-profit
institutions in the 2018-2019 state fiscal year

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by monies appropriated
in chapter 54 of the laws of 2018 which enacts the aid to localities,
grants-in-aid to certain school districts, public libraries and
not-for-profit institutions. Such funds shall be apportioned pursuant
to a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the amount
to be received by each, or the methodology for allocating such
appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the approval of the
speaker of the assembly and the director of the budget and thereafter
shall be included in a resolution calling for the expenditure of such
monies, which resolution must be approved by a majority vote of all
members elected to the assembly upon a roll call vote, in accordance
with the following schedule:
