COMMENDING Manguso Land Surveying, PC upon the
occasion of its designation as the 2016 Small
Business of the Year by the Evans-Brant Chamber of
Commerce
WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize the
achievements of those individuals and businesses that contribute
substantially to the economic vitality of their communities, thereby
enhancing economic well-being of the entire Empire State; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to
commend Manguso Land Surveying, PC upon the occasion of its designation
as the 2016 Small Business of the Year by the Evans-Brant Chamber of
Commerce, to be celebrated on Saturday, March 25, 2017; and
WHEREAS, Manguso Land Surveying is a family owned and run business
offering land surveying services in multiple counties including but not
limited to Erie, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Niagara, Allegany, Orleans and
Monroe; and
WHEREAS, Frederick Manguso took over Manguso Land Surveying in 1987,
and his daughter, Tracy A. Spada, joined the company in 2003; together
they have worked to build their business from a three-person operation
to now employing more than 12 individuals; and
WHEREAS, Committed to providing its customers with top notch
surveying services, Manguso Land Surveying approaches each client with a
focus on integrity, professionalism and understanding; furthermore, its
team has a well-deserved reputation of excellence in providing smart,
fast, sensible, and cost-effective solutions for its clients; and
WHEREAS, In addition to running a very successful business, the
Manguso family is extremely involved in the community, particularly
Grandview Bay, where they have organized countless fundraisers for
neighborhood improvements, most notably Party For The Playground, which
raised funds to build a new playground at Evans Town Park; and
WHEREAS, Over its distinguished 30 year history, Manguso Land
Surveying has demonstrated continuous service to the residents and
communities which it serves; and
WHEREAS, The success of Manguso Land Surveying is in direct
correlation to the efforts of its staff, whose involvement is, and
always has been, characterized by an impressive commitment, an unbridled
enthusiasm, and an uncompromising standard of excellence in all
endeavors on behalf of the business and the community it serves; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when
individuals and businesses of such noble aims and accomplishments are
brought to our attention, they should be recognized and applauded by all
the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Manguso Land Surveying, PC upon the occasion of its designation
as the 2016 Small Business of the Year by the Evans-Brant Chamber of
Commerce; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Manguso Land Surveying, PC.
