HONORING Peter Frunzi upon the occasion of his
designation as recipient of a Young Professionals
Award by the Sullivan County Democrat

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
pay tribute to those young adults within the great Empire State who have
made strong contributions to their communities and who serve as role
models for their peers; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Peter Frunzi upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of a
Young Professionals Award by the Sullivan County Democrat; and

WHEREAS, Peter Frunzi was selected for this esteemed honor in
recognition of his hard work, ambition, and creativity, as well as for
his profound impact in and around the community of Sullivan County; and

WHEREAS, A resident of South Fallsburg, New York, Peter Frunzi
graduated from Fallsburg High School before earning a degree in
Economics from CUNY Baruch; during this time, he served as a college
insurance agent for Northwestern Mutual where he began to successfully
navigate the financial services industry; and

WHEREAS, After working for Catskill Hudson Bank managing bond
portfolios and heading the Investment Committee, Peter Frunzi accepted a
position with Hudson Valley Investment Advisors where he handled more
than 300 client accounts; and

WHEREAS, Peter Frunzi, still seeking his own approach to advising
free of obligations to anyone but his clients, decided to take a leap of
faith and became an independent advisor with Quest Financial Services;
and

WHEREAS, In this capacity, Peter Frunzi shares his knowledge and
enthusiasm with both individuals and small businesses looking to invest
and cut costs, particularly in Sullivan County, where he now sits on the
board of the Partnership for Economic Development; and

WHEREAS, With him throughout have been his wife, Hayley, and their
four children, Isabella, Adam, Jax and Ryan, all of whom feel privileged
to be a part of his life and rejoice in his achievements; and

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the well-being and vitality of their community and have shown a
long and sustained commitment to excellence certainly have earned the
recognition and applause of all the citizens of this great Empire State;
now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Peter Frunzi upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of
a Young Professionals Award by the Sullivan County Democrat; and be it
further


RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Peter Frunzi.
