HONORING Timothy Gardner, owner of Potter's Park
at F.E. Brown Sons Funeral Home Inc. upon the
occasion of his designation as recipient of the
December Business Community Beautification Award by
the Orchard Park Chamber of Commerce
WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to honor those
businesses within the State of New York which distinguish themselves
through outstanding professional behavior, and enduring commitment to
their community; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Timothy Gardner, owner of Potter's Park at F.E. Brown Sons Funeral Home
Inc. upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of the December
Business Community Beautification Award by the Orchard Park Chamber of
Commerce; and
WHEREAS, With many of the construction materials being repurposed
and recycled, Potter's Park has reused parts of Orchard Park's past to
make a more attractive future for the residents of the town; and
WHEREAS, Over its distinguished history, Potter's Park has
demonstrated continuous service to the residents and communities which
it serves; located in Orchard Park, Potter's Park has offered peace and
tranquility to many grieving families, with a space different from other
cookie-cutter illustrations of funeral services, they have provided
families with a place to spend time with their loved ones; and
WHEREAS, The success of Potter's Park is in direct correlation to
Timothy Gardner, whose involvement is, and always has been characterized
by an impressive commitment, an unbridled enthusiasm, and an
uncompromised standard of excellence in all endeavors on behalf of the
business and the community it serves; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those
businesses who enhance the well-being and vitality of their community
and have shown a long and sustained commitment to excellence certainly
have earned the recognition and applause of all the citizens of this
great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Timothy Gardner, owner of Potter's Park at F.E. Brown Sons Funeral
Home Inc. upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of the
December Business Community Beautification Award by the Orchard Park
Chamber of Commerce; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Timothy Gardner.
