HONORING Aaron Polanski upon the occasion of his
designation as recipient of the 2018 Eli Pick
Facility Leadership Award by the American College of
Health Care Administrators

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize that
the quality of life in the communities across this great State of New
York is enriched by the diligence and compassionate commitment of those
individuals whose singular purpose is the care and welfare of others;
and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Aaron Polanski upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of the
2018 Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award by the American College of
Health Care Administrators; and

WHEREAS, This auspicious occasion will be celebrated at the American
College of Health Care Administrators' (ACHCA) 52nd Annual Convocation
and Exposition on Tuesday, April 24, 2018; and

WHEREAS, This prestigious award was named in honor of Eli Pick, one
of the organization's most revered leaders; Aaron Polanski truly
epitomizes the ideals and goals of this outstanding man; and

WHEREAS, In 2011, Aaron Polanski began his distinguished career in
healthcare as the Administrator of Seneca Health Care Center; and

WHEREAS, Currently, Aaron Polanski holds the title of Administrator
of The McGuire Group's Autumn View Health Care Facility in Hamburg, New
York; in this capacity, he is responsible for the overall operation of
the facility; and

WHEREAS, Aaron Polanski's ongoing efforts and notable achievements
have significantly contributed to bettering the quality of life in his
community; and

WHEREAS, Throughout his tenure, he continuously displayed initiative
and an unrelenting commitment when pursuing the highest of goals, and he
has served as a role model of leadership to be emulated by all; now,
therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Aaron Polanski upon the occasion of his designation as recipient
of the 2018 Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award by the American College
of Health Care Administrators; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Aaron Polanski.
