COMMENDING Marie Edeline Hyppolitte upon the
occasion of her designation for special recognition
by HABNET Services Corporation

WHEREAS, From time to time this Legislative Body takes note of
certain extraordinary individuals it wishes to recognize for their
valued contributions to the success and progress of society and publicly
acknowledge their endeavors which have enhanced the basic humanity among
us all; and

WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to commend Marie
Edeline Hyppolitte upon the occasion of her designation for special
recognition by HABNET Services Corporation celebrated at its 12th Annual
Gala, Shifting the Paradigm: Moving from Spender to Investor, on
Saturday, February 25, 2017, at Glen Terrace in Brooklyn, New York; and

WHEREAS, Marie Edeline Hyppolitte is an inspiration to many people,
and her dedication and commitment to the community has proven her to be
the epitome of true leadership; and

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to commend
individuals of outstanding character, who have shown initiative and
commitment toward constantly pursuing higher goals for themselves, and
acting as role models of leadership to be emulated by peers; now,
therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Marie Edeline Hyppolitte upon the occasion of her designation
for special recognition by HABNET Services Corporation; and be it
further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Marie Edeline Hyppolitte.
