HONORING T-Shirts Etc., Inc. upon the occasion of
its designation as recipient of the Business Award
by the Genesee County & Batavia Youth Boards
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to honor those
businesses within the State of New York which distinguish themselves
through outstanding professional behavior, corporate innovation, and
enduring commitment to the community; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
T-Shirts Etc., Inc. upon the occasion of its designation as recipient of
the Business Award by the Genesee County & Batavia Youth Boards, to be
celebrated at its Youth Recognition Banquet on Thursday, March 30, 2017,
at Terry Hills Restaurant & Banquet Facility, Batavia, New York; and
WHEREAS, Established in 1997, T-Shirts Etc. is a family owned and
operated custom printing and embroidery company located in Batavia, New
York; and
WHEREAS, For more than a decade, owners Bryan and Beth Kemp have
tirelessly supported the Job Developments Youth summer employment
program, giving local youth work experience as well as a positive and
educational look into their business; and
WHEREAS, Bryan and Beth Kemp also provide the youth under their
direction with in-depth evaluations on the specific strengths and
weaknesses of their job performance; in addition, they communicate with
the program's director to address any concerns pertaining to the student
both professionally and personally; and
WHEREAS, With a steadfast and unwavering commitment to local youth,
T-Shirts Etc. truly goes above and beyond the bottom line to support
these vital programs and the community-at-large; and
WHEREAS, Over its distinguished 20 year history, T-Shirts Etc. has
demonstrated continuous service to the residents and communities which
it serves; and
WHEREAS, The success of T-Shirts Etc. is in direct correlation to
the efforts of its owners, Bryan and Beth Kemp, whose leadership is, and
always has been, characterized by an impressive commitment, an unbridled
enthusiasm, and an uncompromising standard of excellence in all
endeavors on behalf of the company and the community it serves; and
WHEREAS, This auspicious occasion presents an opportunity for this
Legislative Body to recognize and pay tribute to T-Shirts Etc.; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when
businesses of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our
attention, they should be recognized and applauded by all the citizens
of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor T-Shirts Etc., Inc. upon the occasion of its designation as
recipient of the Business Award by the Genesee County & Batavia Youth
Boards; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Bryan and Beth Kemp, Owners, T-Shirts Etc., Inc.
