RESOLVED, (If the concur) That pursuant to and as required
by the New York State Economic Development Assistance Program
established in part QQ of chapter 57 of the laws of 2008 and by
section 5 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2008 enacting the Education,
Labor and Family Assistance Budget, amending the New York State Urban
Development Corporation Projects appropriating monies for the New York
State Economic Development Assistance Program in accordance with the
following plan and as adopted by Senate Resolution 6508 of 2016 ......
