Report of the Fiscal Committees on the Executive Budget FY 2008-09

The general and specific findings of the Senate Finance Committee and the Assembly Ways and Means Committee relating to the proposed disbursements for the overall purposes of the State government during the the 2008-09 fiscal year. These proposed disbursements are consistent with estimates of receipts for the 2008-09 fiscal year. It is legislative intent that these budgetary findings be received as guidelines for administrative application in the new fiscal year.
