Senator Oppenheimer held a series of three public hearings to solicit testimony on how BOCES could be better positioned to save taxpayer money. The first hearing took place at the Western Suffolk BOCES campus in Wheatley Heights on October 2nd; the second hearing took place at the Erie 1 BOCES campus in West Seneca on October 8th; and the third hearing took place at the Jefferson Lewis BOCES campus in Watertown on October 13th.
