The Census Is Coming

Census takers are knocking on doors to make sure everyone is counted. If you didn’t return the census questionnaire mailed to your home, you can expect a visit. Welcome your census takers – they’re bringing $30,000 for each person in your home. That’s how much funding for schools, health care, transportation and other services is allocated for each person counted in Census 2010. So when the census taker comes to your door, say “Count Me In” and take a few minutes to help build a better future for your family and your neighborhood.  And remember- your privacy is protected - the information you provide the census is not shared with any government agency.
