Senator Owen H. Johnson stopped in at the Youth Enrichment Services, Inc. (YES) first Open House at the West Islip Community Center on November 18, 2010 to meet with Executive Director MaryAnn Pfeiffer and youth participants. YES works closely with the schools and other community organizations to provide programs that foster volunteerism, work readiness, tutoring, mentoring and other after school activities for youth and their families.
