Senator DeFrancisco Joins Family Members Who Lost Loved Ones In the Pan Am Flight 103 Bombing

Senator John DeFrancisco joined family members who lost loved ones in the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland.  A Pan Am 103 ceremony was held on opening day of the 2011 New York State Fair.
