S.1340 Allowing Optometrists to Issue Handicap Tags, Passes Senate

Yesterday S.1340 passed the Senate unanimously. The bill allows optometrists to issue certificates of disability for visually disabled persons so they may obtain handicap vehicle registrations, plates and permits.
